Maida Commercial and Home Inspection Services is a well-established home inspection company (having performed pre-purchase home inspections since 1983) service Eastern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire and Southern Maine.
Maida Services has an immediate opening for an experienced home inspector that is/has:
- A current member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors)
- At least one full year of home inspection experience
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (College or College Degree is Preferred)
- Good moral character
- Willingness to apprentice with Paul Maida
- The ability to communicate both orally and in writing
- Basic computer skills and knowledge
Our offices are located in Andover, Massachusetts and Hampstead, New Hampshire.
No Experience? Must Have:
- Willingness to take required courses
- Willingness to pass the testing required to obtain certifications and state licenses
- Willingness to apprentice with Paul Maida
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Some College or College Degree preferred)
- Good moral character
